- 250g Green coffee

- Coffee roaster (I use SR800 Fresh Roast)
- Coffee cooler (I use a tray with a fan)
- Gram scale
Recipe
- Prep your beans: Measure out your green coffee beans, the SR 800 with extension can do about 250g per batch
- Roast: Pour the beans into the roaster, and turn it on. Here’s a convenient timer. I use the default schedule.

Roast Log:
- Cool: Pour the beans into the cooler, and turn it on. I usually cool the beans for 5 or so minutes before pouring them in a bag or coffee bin.
Notes
- I like to buy green coffee from Sweet Maria’s online, they have a wide selection of beans, including decaf.
- I use the SR800 Coffee roaster, and a cooling tray from Sweet Maria’s
